Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 ½ teaspoons garlic, finely minced
¾ teaspoon italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons milk
8 oz light cream cheese
